Rosturk Trail

Rosturk is situated on the unspoilt west coast of Ireland between the town of Westport and the rugged landscape of Achill and Belmullet. Connemara is approximately 60kms to the south. Croagh Patrick from where legend has it that St. Patrick threw all the snakes and reptiles from Ireland, stands on the opposite shore of Clew Bay to Rosturk. Rosturk Castle stands on a headland looking southwards across Clew Bay and its islands.
